How to Get Tested
To get tested for hepatitis C, contact your health care provider or clinic. Explain that you may be at risk for hepatitis C and want to find out whether you are infected.
To test for hepatitis C, blood is drawn and a number of tests may be done. Your medical provider can give you more details about the different blood tests used to detect hepatitis C.
