offers the following services:
- Hepatitis
C support groups in the Wellness Center. Call 508-997-9051 for more
information.
- One-on-one
educational sessions to discuss hepatitis C transmission, prevention
and risk assessment
- Case
Management services for individuals infected with hepatitis C including
support to individuals and families dealing with issues related to
hepatitis C and referrals to specialty care
