The Gardner VNA
Hepatitis C program offers the following services:
- Group education sessions
and one-on-one education/counseling sessions for individuals who are at
risk for hepatitis C
- Support groups
- Referrals for testing and
other services as needed
- Case Management for
individuals who test positive for hepatitis C
