Street The Stanley Street Treatment and Resources Center's (SSTAR) mission is to provide a continuum of appropriate cost effective, quality health care and social services to all persons in need regardless of their ability to pay. SSTAR is a multi-service preventative and primary healthcare, mental health and substance abuse treatment facility with over twenty-four years experience in the field of addiction detoxification and treatment along with many specialized healthcare services. In a relatively short time, SSTAR has become a multi-service 'one stop-shopping model.' Along the way, SSTAR also developed a primary focus on issues pertaining to women. SSTAR's Stanley Street facility is handicapped accessible. SSTAR's hepatitis C program offers free confidential counseling & testing for persons at risk for viral hepatitis. This includes testing for hepatitis C, and vaccination for hepatitis A and B when appropriate. SSTAR's hepatitis C services also include:
